(1) First carefully study and review the structural construction drawings provided by the owner and the structural error measurement records provided by the civil construction unit.
(2) The civil construction contractor shall provide each level of reference crosshairs, with the intersection point positioned on the vertical axis transmitted along the floor and the building elevation baseline.
(3) Measure the error of the total height of the structure first, use the vertical axis of the original design structure to transfer the hole along the layer and the reference point of the elevation, use the vertical instrument, the vertical plumb line, and the level and theodolite to mark the horizontal reference line by layer, and finally The error of the total height of the structure.
(4) Verify the overall structural elevation, divide the total structural elevation error equally to each floor, and re-calibrate the baseline of each final level.
(5) Review the cross reference lines marked on each floor provided by the civil construction contractor and mark the final cross reference line for each floor.
(6) Measure and mark all structural axes, using the cross-reference line, by the dimensions of the structural construction note, layer by layer, including the north-south east-west direction.
(7) The vertical deviation of each facade is measured from the actual position of each facade of the structure body and the distance from the outer axis of the calibration.
(8) Based on the actual structural error, the design department gives instructions to the installation department to determine the size of the curtain wall surface from the outer edge along the axis from the outside.
(9) The on-site measurement data, especially the coordinates of all vertices of the special geometry parts (such as the sharp corners, the top of the building, etc.), are provided to the design department as the reference for the theoretical calculation.
(10) A vertical and horizontal measurement control net is formed by steel wire. Both ends of the vertical and horizontal wire control wires are connected with the flange screws, and the steel wire is tightened with a flange screw fixed in advance on the main body. Wire control network must be adjusted in the same plane. Steel wire control network must assign someone to check it regularly to prevent it from shifting. The inspection results must be properly recorded.
