Compared with the traditional BOP control device, the remote control driller, multi-function alarm device, touch screen is used as the man-machine interface, the UPS system is added, and different BOP combinations can be selected to facilitate multiple remote control. The operation and operation are simpler and more transparent, the motor starts and stops more accurately, and the reaction speed is fast.
In order to verify the reliability of the products, the American Nabors engineers and the third-party inspectors hired by the company accepted the two sets of FKDQ1200-9 electro-hydraulic control devices ordered by the company. The American acceptance personnel were very satisfied with the design and quality of the products. At present, Beijing Petroleum Machinery Factory has received 10 sets of orders for electric hydraulic control devices.
Ground BOP control devices are a very important core device in drilling control systems.
