We have dedicated team of quality control and precise equipment to keep good and stable performance for our products and processing services.
a. Check the oil level of the fuel tank every month. If the hydraulic system is repaired, check it. The oil level should be filled with hydraulic oil below the oil window.
b. The hydraulic oil used in the bending machine is No. 46 hydraulic oil or No. 32 hydraulic oil, which is used according to actual conditions;
c. The new machine should be changed once in one month, and once every year, every time the oil is changed, the fuel tank should be cleaned;
d. The system oil temperature should be between 35 °C and 60 °C, and should not exceed 70 °C. If it is too high, it will cause deterioration of oil quality and accessories.
e. The filter should be replaced or thoroughly cleaned every time the filter is changed;
f. The machine has other alarms such as alarms or oily impurities, which should be replaced;
g. The air filter on the fuel tank is inspected and cleaned every 3 months, preferably once every 1 year.
