Introduction to the project: The foundation design of the main boiler of a self-provided power plant 4×135MW unit is reinforced concrete raft foundation, independent foundation under the column, and under-column strip foundation, JC1~JC9, from south to north, K1 Row, K2 row, K3 row, K4 row, K5 row, K6 row, spans are 8400mm, 11200mm, 10300mm, 4000, 7900 respectively; from east to west, the order is 1~22 axis, a total of four boilers. The base base height is -4.5 meters. The boiler foundation column top elevation is -0.55m. The boiler foundation is divided into two times. The first time is poured to -3.7m (JC-7 is poured to -2.9m), and the anchor bolt mounting frame is adjusted and fixed for a second time. Pouring to -0.55, the column foot is installed and adjusted to the position and then secondary grouting. The secondary grouting adopts C40 high strength non-shrinkage grouting material. The boiler foundation is connected to the upper steel frame by anchor bolts. According to the drawings provided by the boiler plant, one unit has 33 sets of anchor bolts, L=1300 6 sets; L=1100 27 sets, one bolt with two nuts, one structural template, because the components entering the site are For parts, they must be assembled on site. Boiler foundation anchor bolts require high precision. It is required that the personnel in the foundation bolts of the construction boiler should concentrate and strive for excellence during construction.

Third, construction preparation

1. Sixth, construction process and construction method

1. Construction process: According to the design drawings and the owner's construction period requirements, the four boiler foundations will be constructed synchronously.

2, anchor bolt construction method

2.1. According to the vertical and horizontal center line of the boiler foundation, the vertical and horizontal center lines of the foundations are arranged with the 50-meter tape measure on both sides of the K3 column center line, and arranged on the two sides with a 50-meter tape measure on the axes of 3, 9, 14, and 20 axes. The positioning axes of the foundations are determined and closed on the base cushion and counter-propelled onto the extension.

2.2. Four JDT2020B embedded parts are embedded in the four corners of the foundation top pillar buttress for connecting bolt fixing brackets. The bolt fixing brackets are made of No. 12 channel steel.

2.3. According to the figure, the various steel frames are placed on the foundation for assembly. Because the boiler bolts are directly buried, the bolts are required to be buried with high precision.

2.4. The anchor bolts are in the fixed frame, not only the upper part should be stable, but the lower part should also be stable. However, there should be a small gap around it to adjust the centerline position.

2.5. When installing the fixed steel frame, first install the steel frame column, then tie the column stirrups, (the column stirrups can be temporarily not tied) and then weld the cross braces. The diagonal bracing is welded with Ф22 steel on all sides, according to the basic surface positioning axis in the groove. The steel cross-section is made of gas-welded holes, and the opening size can be slightly larger than the bolt diameter as a room for adjustment. The vertical and horizontal center line of the steel wire is used as the reference. The verticality of the steel frame is corrected by the vertical ball. When the steel frame is fixed by welding, the diagonal welding method is adopted to ensure the balance of the shrinkage and the verticality is stable.

2.6 After the steel frame is fixed, use the steel wire to draw the vertical and horizontal center line as the reference, wear the bolt anchor bolt, the bolt column anchor plate and the nut, and fix the bolt according to the design elevation, and adjust it according to the positioned steel wire. After the bolt position and acceptance, the upper and lower positioning plates of the bolt are fixed on the steel frame by electric welding, and the bolts are fixed with the positioning plate. After the bolts are installed, the threaded fasteners need to be coated with butter and added with a steel sleeve to protect.

2.7. The bolt holes on the steel frame are opened at the site. Except as indicated on the drawings, all the joints are welded with K=6 fillet and butt welded at the butt joint.

2.8. The fixed bracket channel steel cross braces should be properly opened and vented to ensure that the concrete is poured tightly.

2.9. The positioning wire shall not be removed during concrete pouring, and shall be reviewed and adjusted in time before the concrete is initially set.

Seven, quality standards

1. The bolt holder should be installed with sufficient strength, rigidity and stability.

2. The number of bolts to be buried must meet the design requirements.

3. The deviation between the center line of each set of bolts and the axis is ±5.

4. The relative displacement deviation between the bolt centers is ±3.

5. The height deviation of the top mark is ±5.

6. The vertical deviation of the bolt is less than 1/1000.

7. The centerline error of each set of bolts is ±10.

Eight, quality assurance measures.

1. All measuring instruments must be strictly examined by qualified units to ensure the accuracy of the measuring tools.

2. Establish construction procedures in strict accordance with the construction operation instructions to avoid inversion of the process.

3. Before the concrete is poured, check whether the steel bars and protective layers are accurate. In order to prevent the displacement of the fixed bracket caused by the displacement of the steel bar, it is strictly forbidden to vibrate the bar and impact the steel bar and the bolt fixing bracket.

Nine, finished product protection

1. Before the concrete is poured, the anchor bolts are wrapped in butter cotton cloth and wrapped with tape to avoid contamination of the silk mouth.

2. Ф76×3.2 special protective steel casing is made on the upper part of the anchor bolt to prevent mechanical collision when the earth is backfilled. see Attachment

X. Civilized construction and safety measures

1. The construction personnel must undergo three levels of safety training before participating in the construction, and they can be employed after passing the examination.

3. The construction personnel must wear a safety helmet and fasten the mandibular belt when entering the construction site.

4. Special types of work and all kinds of machine operators must be certified to work, and the work permit should be submitted to the Security Section for review and filing.

5. All electrical tools are connected by professional electricians. It is strictly forbidden to pull the power supply by private. All power tools should pass through the leakage protector.

6. Establish appropriate safety measures for fire prevention, anti-virus, anti-air fall and object strike.

7. Keep the civilized construction on site, the steel pipes on the site, the formwork should be sorted and stacked neatly, and the fasteners should be packed in plastic bags.

8. The site is clean and orderly.
