We often receive a lot of questions from users who use imported bearings after consulting the bearing for a period of time. In fact, after the bearing operation for a period of time; we have to check to see if the bearing can fail.
1. Insufficient wear of imported bearings <br> Regardless of the use of SKF bearings; the use of NSK or FAG bearings has the appearance of wear and failure; wear failure refers to the relative sliding conflict between the appearances, resulting in the failure of the wear of the surface of the work metal Continued wear will lead to gradual damage to the bearing parts; and at the end of the bearing scale loss of precision and other related problems. Wear failure is a common appearance of various types of bearings.
According to the wear method, it can be generally divided into the most common adhesive wear and abrasive wear:
A sticky wear means that the conflicting surface is unevenly stressed due to the microscopic bulging or foreign matter in the conflict; when the smooth condition is severely deteriorated; the heat is partially generated by the conflict; and the surface deformation and the conflict microscopic welding are formed; When the metal is severe, the surface metal can be partially melted; the force on the touch surface tears some of the conflicting solder joints from the substrate to increase the plastic deformation. 2. The failure of the imported bearing cracking constitutes the main cause of the cracking failure of the imported bearing. The main reason is the shortcomings and overload. The most common is that the applied load exceeds the data strength limit and the component crack is called overload cracking.

For this reason, we need bearings in the production process; strict inspection of the original data; good first pass. Then there are casting and heat treatment quality control, processing process control can be correctly analyzed through the instrument whether the above shortcomings exist; Control must be strengthened. But in general; the general failure of bearing cracking is mostly overload failure.
3. Imported bearing touch fatigue failure Touch fatigue failure refers to the effect of the bearing work surface subjected to alternating stress and failure. Touch fatigue fall occurs in the bearing work appearance; often accompanied by fatigue crack; firstly from the touch surface below the maximum alternating shear stress Occurs; then expands to the outer surface to form a different shape of the shedding; if the point is pitting or pitting, the shallow layer is peeled off due to the gradual expansion of the exfoliated surface; Deep detachment. Deep detachment is the source of fatigue that touches fatigue failure.
4. Imported bearing clearance changes the imported bearings in the operation; because of the influence of the external or connotation elements; the original cooperation gap is changed; the accuracy is reduced; even the "bite death" is called the clearance modification failure. The external factors such as the excess Large; the device is not in place; the temperature rise causes a large amount of expansion, instantaneous overload, etc.; connotation elements such as residual austenite and residual stress are unstable, which are the primary reasons for the failure of the play change.
