The CNC lathe used by CK6150 in a certain enterprise is broken due to the fuse of the fuse tube on a certain circuit board of the numerical control system. Repeated maintenance makes the control system wiring confusing, the external PLC program is lost, the servo system is damaged, and the secondary damage is serious. After the servo system is replaced, the PLC program and wiring are re-programmed, and the system is restored after replacing the fuse device. However, the workload of maintenance has been greatly increased, and the maintenance lasts for a long time, which has a certain negative impact on the production of enterprises.

Fourth, the prevention of secondary damage

The reasonable maintenance level of CNC machine tool maintenance is the main method to prevent secondary damage of CNC machine tools. For example, the maintenance of CNC machine tools is divided into mechanical structure maintenance, peripheral equipment maintenance of CNC system, module level maintenance of CNC system and component level maintenance of CNC system board, and the scope of responsibility of relevant maintenance personnel is formulated. Maintenance of peripheral equipment is limited to the operation of auxiliary parts such as limit switches, buttons, sensors, connecting cables and connectors. In addition, regular preventive maintenance of each maintenance level is also an effective means to prevent CNC machine tool failure.

In terms of the specific maintenance process, maintenance personnel should strictly follow the maintenance regulations. Appropriate repair tools, repair sites, and dressing should be selected to prevent damage caused by static electricity and tools. During the maintenance process, pay attention to the maintenance record, record the various switch conditions before the maintenance, jumper conditions, etc. Once the repair fails, restore the original system state as much as possible. The object to be repaired should be fully in charge of its working principle and device characteristics, and draw relevant drawings. Wiring should be standardized during the maintenance process. Detailed materials should be prepared after maintenance and archived for safekeeping.
