Preparation for electric hoist before commissioning

1. All the mechanical parts, components, equipment, electrical circuits and equipment of the product have been installed and commissioned on an item-by-item basis according to the procedures of the relevant technical standards in the equipment technical documents and specifications CB50278-98.

2. Before the trial operation of the electric hoist, it shall be reported to the local technical supervision department and the owner, and the professional of the supervisor shall participate in the whole process of the inspection and acceptance of the trial operation.

3. During the trial run, each trial run procedure shall be completed in accordance with the regulations, and accurate, and all trial run results shall be signed and signed by the tripartite representatives of the construction, supervision, and construction units.

4. Cranes must not be delivered for use without obtaining a permit from the technical supervision and management department.

5, before the trial run, empty load test run.

6. The safety interlocking devices, brakes, lighting and signal systems in the electrical system have been installed and are in compliance with the normative standards. The movements during the simulation tests should be sensitive, accurate and reliable.

7. The fixing of the wire rope end and its winding on the hook, pulley block and reel should be correct and reliable.

8. The performance, model number and quantity of newly-added lubricating oil and grease for each lubrication point and reducer shall comply with the provisions in the equipment technical documents.

9. Check the braking wheel of each moving mechanism to check if the brake clearance and working stroke are in accordance with the specified values of the equipment technical documents. Otherwise, adjustments should be made. The gap between the two brake shoes and the brake wheel should be even.

10. The operating direction of the operating mechanism (controller) should match the running direction of each mechanism of the electric hoist. When the motor is started, its operation should be normal. When the trolley is running, it should not be stuck and the brake should be accurate and reliable.

11. When the test run, the number of actions should not be less than 5 times, and the action should be accurate, otherwise the next test run shall not be carried out. After the electric hoist has passed the empty load test run, it shall submit an application to the local technical supervision agency for static load and dynamic load test operation. Before the trial operation, the technical supervision, project supervision, and the owner shall jointly prepare the test. Delivery time, test method. And participate in the whole process of trial operation and the final evaluation of the trial operation.

Brominated flame retardants (BFRs) are organobromine compounds that have an inhibitory effect on the ignition of combustible organic materials. Of the commercialized chemical flame retardants, the brominated variety are most widely used. They are very effective in plastics and textile applications, e.g. electronics, clothes and furniture. BFRs are commonly used in electronic products as a means of reducing the flammability of the product.

Types of applications

The electronics industry accounts for the greatest consumption of BFRs. In computers, BFRs are used in four main applications: in printed circuit boards, in components such as connectors, in plastic covers, and in cables. BFRs are also used in a multitude of products, including, but not exclusively, plastic covers of television sets, carpets, pillows, paints, upholstery, and domestic kitchen appliances.
