Automatic ball-end tooling principle

1. Call the tool setting program, input the tool parameters (tool type, diameter, length) that need to be tooled in the program, and prepare to start the automatic tool setting operation of the flat knife and the ball cutter.

2. Replacing the tool that needs to be tooled, the machine starts the program, and starts the automatic tool setting operation. The tool setting is first for the tool length and then for the diameter tool.

3. The tool is completed, the tool length and the tool setting data are automatically input into the machine tool compensation control system.
