2. The support pad is too high. The support block enters the front mold base plate, which prevents the leakage of glue between the flow plate plate and the hot nozzle, but at the injection pressure and clamping pressure

The flow channel plate is pushed to one side due to its effect, causing leakage of glue.

3. The center pad is too high. The runner plate is empty on the center pad, and the runner plate is separated from the hot nozzle to create a gap and cause leakage of glue.

4. The center pad is too low. Under the injection pressure of the injection molding machine, the center pad collapses and collapses, causing leakage of glue.

5. The height of the mouthpiece is not uniform. Low hot mouth is easy to leak glue.

6. The distance between the fixing screw and the flow plate or nozzle is too large. The runner plate and the hot mouth are not sealed enough, causing leakage of glue.

7. The positioning pin is too high. The flow channel plate is empty on the positioning pin, and the flow channel plate is separated from the heat nozzle to create a gap and cause leakage of glue.

8. Hot mouth is too long. The hot mouth has no space for expansion and generates pressure, so that the sealing ring on the hot nozzle loses its function, causing leakage of glue.

9. The seal is too high or too low. The seal ring has a pre-compression amount of about 0.3 mm on the plane of the hot nozzle. Too high height causes the flow passage plate to be easily deformed and easy to leak glue. If it is too low, there is no initial pressing force and the hot runner system leaks after heating.

10. The positioning of the hot nozzle is incorrect. The head of the hot nozzle is on the front mold or the front mold insert instead of the front mold. When the hot nozzle is inflated by the injection pressure or the hot nozzle, the clamping pressure is wrong and the force is applied to the front mold core. , causing leakage of glue.
