ZZ91 Information: With the development of science and technology, the pursuit of quality in China's plastics industry has gradually increased, gradually moving towards high performance, from commodity models to R&D and IP-oriented models.

IvoLansbergen, president of DSM Engineering Plastics Asia Pacific, told reporters that the demand for engineering plastics will only increase in the future. He said: "If you want to improve fuel efficiency, it is best to ensure that the engine compartment temperature is higher. Because it burns better. If the temperature rises, you need materials that can withstand high temperatures."

Lansbergen said that surface mount technology, which is widely used in today's ultra-thin, ultra-light consumer electronics industry, also requires plastics that are resistant to high temperatures. “You can't use ordinary resins or polymers anymore. You need polymers that can withstand these [higher] temperatures.”

In the local companies interviewed, Chen Bo, R&D manager of Ningbo Nengguang New Material Technology Co., Ltd. said that the company's turnover last year was 150 million yuan, which is showing double-digit growth. Chen Bo holds a Ph.D. in polymer materials and is one of the six doctors of the company's 100-person team.

Nylon's Nylon modifiers improve mechanical properties at high temperatures and low temperatures. Its polypropylene modification can reduce the volatility of polypropylene and target applications that require no odor, such as automotive interiors, medical supplies and food packaging. The company also produces halogen-free flame retardant additives for PE and EVA.

Like many domestic peers, Ningbo Nengguang is also targeting overseas markets. "We export to India, Canada and Thailand. We just entered the UK market this year." However, exports are still in their infancy, accounting for only 5% of total sales.

Another domestic company focusing on high-performance nylon is Dongguan Yipuwan Nylon Technology Co., Ltd., which was established in 2004. Liang Xiaoli, general manager of the company, said that the turnover of 50 million yuan last year came from domestic sales, mainly for the automotive and electronics markets. He is very optimistic about the future prospects of the company. He said: "Although the growth of the automotive industry has slowed down, sales are still huge." He said that the production of nylon parts is faster and cheaper than producing similar metal parts. He said that Ipovan has a product that can help mix glass and nylon for high temperature applications. He said: "We are working more on nylon that is more durable and more resistant to high temperatures."

Kim QuyNguyen, general manager of Vietnam masterbatch producer PolymerAsia, said: "We are here to understand the fast-growing Chinese market and to grasp the new technologies in the field of engineering plastics. Most of our customers are in Vietnam, but also in Indonesia, Malaysia. , Singapore and Thailand exports. We started exporting to the US market last year."

Comprising a dynamic network of bridges, paths, and tree canopy walkways that are populated with engaging gathering points and interactive features, zhong da design offers a close-up, four-season experience of the 54-acre forest of native northern pine from a variety of unexpected vantage points. On the journey through the woods, visitors encounter a series of [right-brained" experiences involving a progression of open fields and dark forests. People are not constrained to staying on trails; the more they wander, the closer they get to nature and opportunities for introspection.
