Application of precision oil filtering technology in equipment maintenance

I. Introduction

Equipment maintenance experts at home and abroad agree that 65% of mechanical equipment failures come from lubrication and hydraulic pressure; 75% of equipment hydraulic failures are caused by hydraulic oil pollution. Hydraulic oil is the working fluid of the hydraulic system. It is not only the medium for transmitting power but also the lubricant for hydraulic components. The oil should form a high-strength oil film on the surface of the friction pair to lubricate the pump, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic valve and other components. . The cleanliness of hydraulic oil has a great impact on the performance of the hydraulic system. Mechanical impurities can damage the oil film and increase wear and tear, blocking the oil passage, valve hole and filter. Water pollution will form acidic substances and gas-erosion parts, which will cause oil emulsification and foam, reduce the lubricating properties of the oil, causing oil and cavitation in the hydraulic system, affecting the normal operation of the hydraulic system. In a variety of actual production, there is a large amount of polluted oil that needs to be precisely filtered. Whether the precision filtration technology is advanced and reliable plays an important role in production.

The precision oil filtering technology has been adopted by developed countries and domestic advanced enterprises, and has achieved remarkable economic benefits. It is an inevitable development direction of equipment lubrication management.

Second, the source and harm of mechanical impurities in oil

Generally, the new oil is not allowed to contain mechanical impurities, the water content should be ≤0.025%, and the excellent oil does not contain moisture.

The following pathways can cause oil to enter mechanical impurities and moisture:

(1) Bring mechanical impurities into the fuel.

(2) The fuel tank has no air filter or air filter but the filtering precision is low; dust and abrasive grains such as open machinery will enter with the air. Especially the quartz in the dust is particularly hard, and the hardness can exceed 1120kg/cm 2 , which will cause serious strain on the parts.

(3) Inadequate handling of mechanical impurities during repair and assembly, replacement of components, and removal of deposits in the piping.

(4) When the hydraulic cylinder piston rod is working, it is brought in.

(5) Mechanical wear abrasive grains. Mechanical wear produces a lot of abrasive grains, many types, and different formation mechanisms. The common main abrasive grains are as follows:

Third, precision oil filtration technology

In the past, when our equipment was shut down due to hydraulic oil pollution, it was only through the oil change to restore the normal operation of the equipment. The price of hydraulic oil is expensive. The average price of domestic hydraulic oil is 8.8 yuan/kg, and the imported hydraulic oil is about 20 yuan/kg. Large equipment such as vertical vehicles change oil more than 400kg each time, and more than 2,000 kilograms. The cost is considerable. In order to solve the above problems and reduce downtime, we have introduced precision oil filtering technology. There are many types of contaminated oil, and the filtration can be basically divided into the following categories:

In 2005, we introduced the following 10 equipment filters for the failure of the hydraulic system to stop the shutdown of the hydraulic system due to the introduction of precision filtration technology for the following problems caused by hydraulic oil pollution failure and narrow neck bottleneck equipment for product processing:

V. Comprehensive development of precision oil filtering can achieve significant economic and social benefits

At present, the precision oil filtering technology has not been fully developed in our company. If it is fully developed, it will inevitably achieve significant economic and social benefits. Our company has 620 sets of mechanical equipment, calculated according to the current two shifts. The general oil change period is 2 to 12 months. If the lubricating oil (including hydraulic oil) has viscosity, moisture (no emulsification deterioration), acid value three The indicator meets the quality requirements and can still be used after filtering. If the oil change period is extended after filtration, it is estimated that the direct economic cost - the annual oil change cost is not less than 60,000 yuan; the maintenance cost is not less than 20,000 yuan; reducing the downtime loss, reducing equipment wear and prolonging the service life of the equipment. Less than 30,000 yuan.
