In order to solve the problems of the simulator, it is necessary to propose a solution to the original problem.

(1) Develop a unified emulator architecture, using the same processor, the same bus standard, the same mechanical structure, and adopt commercial shelf products (COTS) as much as possible to minimize the difficulty and cost of post-maintenance and shorten the development cycle.

(2) The simulator uses the same software platform and application software development tools to generate a standard test program set (TPS) based on the same processor and bus standards as the test system, which facilitates the later mathematical model and measurement and control algorithm. Parameters are migrated and maintained.

(3) The simulator has certain compatibility with its test equipment. During the test, it can be uniformly commanded by a computer. At the same time, the simulator mathematical model and the measurement and control algorithm have the same modification method and debugging tool as the test algorithm of the test device, so that not only the debugging tool and the modification platform can be unified, the use difficulty is reduced, and the tester can also perform maintenance on the simulator, reducing Manpower input during the testing process.

(4) The mathematical model and measurement and control algorithm of the simulator can be modified and downloaded online during the later testing process, so that the testing process is not only the process of detecting the measured object, but also the process of continuously perfecting and precisely adjusting the measurement and control algorithm and parameters. The number of trials is greatly reduced, and the simulator is further accurately adjusted during the long-term full-track test, laying a foundation for long-life and high-precision operation of the spacecraft.

In order to achieve the above objectives, Beijing Kangtuo Industrial Control has developed a "spacecraft simulation system" based on the original "KT8000 universal automatic test platform" based on the test and simulation integration technology. The "spacecraft simulation system" is a The universal simulation test solution has a mature design architecture. Most of the hardware and software adopt mature and standard products, which achieves the purpose of unified debugging and supporting use with the “KT8000 Universal Automatic Test Platform”. The "Spacecraft Simulation System" processor uses Intel's X86 series CPU, the CPU board has a 100Mbps Ethernet interface, and a variety of other standard interfaces to meet the versatility of the CPU board. The board structure increases the board area and can accommodate more circuits and devices, thus achieving more functions. The board bus adopts the European AT96 (IEEE996) standard, and the rear outlet and rear pin structure not only facilitates the card insertion and removal, but also enhances the card's anti-seismic and anti-oil dust ability, ensuring the reliability of the board connection. The frame of the connected board adopts 6U standard rack. The rack mother board has 2 buses, one is the 96-pin standard bus of European AT96 (IEEE996) standard, and the other is 96-core user-defined bus, user-defined bus. It can be used as an input/output port for external signals by the I/O board. On the back of the motherboard, a 96-pin cable socket can be installed, which can be connected to other devices through cables.

The Spacecraft Simulation System chassis is a custom product with racks and boards installed inside. The chassis panel is equipped with an emulator signal status indicator and an operation button. The back panel of the chassis is equipped with an emulation signal socket, which can input and output simulation signals. The inside of the socket is connected to the 96-pin cable socket on the back of the rack motherboard through a cable. The simulator software platform adopts a highly reliable and high-precision universal real-time operating system (RTOS), which can realize task scheduling with millisecond precision, which provides guarantee for accurate and reliable operation of the simulator. The simulator application software uses standard configuration software. After adding the standard configuration software algorithm, it can fully meet the requirements of the spacecraft component testing algorithm. When using the emulator, the emulator CPU board needs to be connected to the policy configuration computer by Ethernet. The policy configuration computer is an ordinary commercial computer, and the algorithm configuration tool of the Windows operating system and configuration software is installed internally. The simulation algorithm is generated by the state mode, and the simulation algorithm is downloaded to the simulator. The simulator runs the simulation algorithm, and inputs and outputs the simulation signal through the simulation interface, thereby realizing the simulation process.
