The DB-A3-FHB-II fireproof package is a cutting-edge fire-resistant material developed in accordance with the GB23864-2009 national standard. This innovative product can be molded into various shapes such as firewalls and fireproof layers, tailored to meet different user requirements. It is also ideal for sealing holes that require fire protection. In the event of a fire, the material expands thermally and forms a honeycomb-like structure, effectively containing the fire within a localized area.
Unlike traditional materials like refractory bricks, slag wool, or ceramic wool, the fireproof package offers superior thermal insulation performance. It is widely used in power, telecommunications, postal services, chemical industries, industrial plants, mining operations, enterprises, construction sites, cable systems, oil pipelines, air ducts, and metal pipes. **Installation Method:**
In cable shafts, the fireproof package can be placed on a fire-resistant mesh, plate, or iron sheet as support, forming a partitioned compartment. For cable tunnels and trenches, partitions are set up according to domestic standards, and the fireproof packages are installed as firewall components. If needed, angle steel brackets can be used to assist in sealing.
**Packing and Shipping:**
1. The DB-A3-FHB-II fireproof package is individually wrapped in plastic bags and then packed in woven sacks. Store in a cool, dry place.
