The United States allows the use of benzoic acid in animal feed and drinking water

On March 13, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued a food additive that allows the use of benzoic acid as a feed for pig feed in animal feed and drinking water. This rule is effective as of the date of publication. This rule may submit a written application or hearing before April 14, 2014.
