The machine utilizes the principle of eddy current heating combined with a large current in a transformer's short-circuit ring. It incorporates advanced European and American technology, high-precision temperature sensors, and an electronic numerical control display. By applying the principle of thermal expansion, it ensures accurate and smooth installation of the bearing and shaft, based on pre-set parameters.

- **Main Unit Components:** The device includes a power transformer, movable iron core (matching unit), temperature actuator, and an electronic digital display.
- **Operation Steps:**
1. Refer to the parameter selection table to determine the required heating temperature based on the bearing and shaft fit.
2. Select the appropriate core column according to the bearing's inner diameter. Position the moving iron core on the heater panel, place the bearing on the core, and push the panel together to form a closed magnetic circuit.
3. Adjust the power switch to the correct position, connect the power supply, and heat the bearing within 30 seconds to 3 minutes depending on its size.
4. Insert the temperature sensor into the socket on the base and place the sensor head inside the bearing or bushing. Press the bearing onto the sensor and the workbench for accurate temperature readings.
5. Turn on the digital temperature controller and monitor the heating process. When the desired temperature is reached, cut off the power, remove the iron core, take out the heated bearing, and install the shaft.
**Important Notes:**
- The heater warms up quickly. After turning on the power, closely monitor the temperature display. Once the set temperature is reached, immediately turn off the power to prevent damage to the bearing's microstructure.
- After use, store the temperature display properly to avoid damage and ensure all power sources are turned off.
- Handle heated bearings with care to avoid burns.
