According to the investigation by the public security agency, the thieves opened the door of the plaintiff’s kitchen and entered the house to steal, and stole the keys of the vehicle locked into the safe. When the police retrieved the entry and exit records on the same day, they discovered that the community surveillance system had failed. It was believed that the security of the community was not verified and the vehicle was driven away. The monitoring failure also affected the public security authorities to solve the case. The husband and wife of Wu brought the property company to court and claimed the loss of RMB 300,000 for the BMW car, more than RMB 70,000 for the car rental fee and the ticket loss. More than 370,000 yuan.

The property management argued that the stolen vehicle was registered under the name of a technology company and should not be sued by Wu’s husband and wife. The “security and security service” provided by the property company does not include the obligation to keep Wu’s couple’s garage and vehicles. Therefore, the property company believes that they do not have a vehicle custody agreement with the Wumou couple and do not need to compensate for the loss of their vehicles, and they also have objections to the BMW 300,000 yuan damages.
