Detailed steps for lighting production

Begin by cutting the wires to prepare the connections. Use 1.0mm red and black copper core multi-strand wires, cutting six pieces of 40mm each. Strip both ends of each wire by 5mm and then tin them for better conductivity. For the lamp board lead, use a YC2X1.0mm two-core cable. Cut a length of 700mm, then strip the outer sheath by 60mm. For the brown wire, strip 5mm from the end and tin it. Do the same for the blue wire. Then, strip an additional 80mm from the outer end, with 20mm stripped from both the brown and blue wires.

1) Ensure that the wire lengths and stripping dimensions are consistent across all cuts to maintain uniformity in the final assembly.

2) When removing the insulation from the user’s wires, be careful not to damage or nick the inner conductors, as this can affect performance and safety.

3) The tinning process should result in a smooth and even coating without any lumps or gaps. Next, prepare the light board using an aluminum substrate. Place it flat on the workbench and apply a thin, even layer of thermal grease within the designated area for the lamp beads. Carefully place the LED beads onto the marked positions, making sure to identify the correct positive and negative terminals. Use a soldering iron and solder to connect the positive and negative pins securely, forming a complete light board.

It's important to double-check all connections before proceeding. A well-prepared and properly soldered light board ensures efficient heat dissipation and reliable performance. Always follow safety guidelines when handling soldering equipment and electrical components. Take your time during the process to avoid mistakes and ensure a high-quality finished product.
