How to maintain the bag filter on the boiler

The protection of the bag filter when it is used on the boiler involves the control of the resistance of the filter body and the protection of the filter bag, the core component of the filter. The boiler bag filter designed by our company adopts a series of protection technologies for the above purposes:

(1) Measures to prevent paste bags: The paste bags are one of the main reasons that cause the dust collector resistance to rise in addition to the structural design of the dust collector. The main reason for the paste bag is the adhesion of water or oil in the powder layer of the dust bag section. To prevent the formation of paste bags, after the pre-spraying of the dust remover is started at the beginning of operation, the dust collector PLC will control the dust catcher to cross the water fog point at the flue gas. Before the operation of the bypass; point furnace operation of the bypass when the oil; smoke during operation is too low, open the bypass when the oil investment; open a large number of boiler bypass pipe bypass. After the dust collector is stopped, it must be thoroughly cleaned. The above measures have effectively prevented the occurrence of paste bags.

(2) Dust collector resistance control

The dust collector's resistance is divided into two parts. The design resistance of this equipment is 1200Pa.

(3) Filter Bag Leakage Detector

As an important component of the bag filter protection system, the filter bag leak detection device is indispensable during the operation of the dust collector. With the filter bag leak detection device, the dust filter can always monitor the pressure of the chamber and check the damage of the filter bag. Once the filter bag is damaged, the alarm will be promptly notified to ensure the normal operation of the dust collector.

(4) Bypass system

Boiler squib: If it is a small amount of squib, a small amount of moisture has little effect on a large amount of high-temperature flue gas. The original ash layer on the surface of the filter bag can be wrapped, so it has no great influence on the bag filter. If it is a large number of squibs, the water quantity and water pressure will change greatly, and the abrupt change of boiler system parameters will cause the system to respond accordingly and provide corresponding signals to the dedusting system. The boiler will also take relevant measures in accordance with the boiler operating regulations. Protection measures: When the dust collector PLC receives the boiler burst signal, the PLC controls to open the bypass system; in addition, the boiler burst tube will cause the temperature of the flue gas to rise, and the temperature detection device installed in the intake manifold will also open. The role of the bypass system, double protection will ensure the safety of the dust collector when the boiler bursts.

(5) On-line inspection (monitoring) equipment
